Sales & Business Development Manager - Gloucester - Up To £60,000 Per Annum (Plus Benefits)

Would you lie to take full responsibility of the accounts and ultimately the projects that this company work on?
If so, my client is currently seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to make a real difference by being able to create and deliver the sales strategy for assigned accounts.
My client design and manufacture high performance systems and components for applications including electromagnetic, RF / Microwave solutions, microelectronics and various others so this will be a highly varied role.
Some of your other duties will include:
·Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, in particular a demonstrated ability to engage successfully up to VP level.
·Demonstrate excellent negotiation, presentation, organisational and multitasking skills
·Enforce and oversee the Capture Plan policy for key opportunities including key win themes, contact plans, competitive information and key activities to secure orders in a timely manner
As well as a competitive salary, my client is offering:
·Car allowance of £5000 per annum
·Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (SIP) - You will be eligible to participate in SIP, participants are eligible for 20% of their base salary
·25 days holiday + bank holidays
·Pension - Royal London 3% ee & 6% er
·Life Assurance 4 x base salary
·Private Health care with an option to join Partner or family - current provider BUPA
