Accounts Manager role available within a well established manufacturing company where there is NO outbound selling required! They offer a varied opportunity and flexible working hours for the successful individual.
To apply for the role, you must have previous experience within accounts management and have good office administration skills. Applicants from a manufacturing/engineering background will have a considerable advantage. Ultimately applicants must be strong communicators and have previous experience of order processing.
The role is varied and will involve liaising with clients and offering a high level of customer service. You will be working with both engineering SME's and blue chip companies. On a day to day basis, you will be involved with taking customer orders, processing orders, liaising with the production teams/shop floor to gauge time frames for product delivery and dealing with customer complaints.
