Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
iO Associates are looking for Technical Support Analyst with high customer focus being actively involved in the support and development of the services.
This role will involve:
·Resolving support requests from customers by phone, email and online making use of the call logging system
·Pro-actively monitoring platform logs
·Investigating and resolving, or minimising the impact of recurring issues
·Providing feedback on all process and potential improvements
