When you hear the term disruptive, or innovative, technology, you'll find two types of reaction.
1.The Eye Roll - Given that these are buzz words that you have heard before, it is difficult to believe that there are 200 companies who are offering a disruptive product to the market.
2.The Head Turn - In a complete 360 from the aforementioned "eye roll" you may be hunting for that company that is going to meet your ambition of honing your development and engineering skills and have your name attached to something that will change the way the at least one part of the world works.

I'm resourcing for a client based in the heart of the technology ventures in Farringdon, London, for a Senior Hardware Engineer. The client is have patented technology in the field of Antenna based technology, employing mechatronic technology and Phased Array Antennas, making them the only people in the world offering this technology.
Having recently moved to their new offices, they have the kind of testing facility that wouldn't be out of place at a James Bond villain's hideout. With an ambitious headcount growth target matched only by their recent major project lifts, they are set to start capitalising on the benefits of being the only player in the market.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in Analogue and Digital Design have experience in working to deliver PCB board level development projects on time and to budget. Knowledge of microprocessors and processor sub-system design would also be useful and bit of Power Supply wouldn't go amiss!
