Senior Technical Support Analyst
Salary: Up to £35k per annum
What will you be required to do?
·You will be managing support requests from a variety of internal and external sources
·Responsible for managing the support queue, liaising where necessary with business users, product owners, business analysts, developers and other support analysts to ensure that requests are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner
·You'll be a key technical member of the team, building a high level of detailed technical understanding of the application and database, and responsible for diagnosing and fixing application and database data issues.

·Experience in using SQL to query and update data
·Proven experience within Software Support
·Experience of using support software
·Attention to detail
·Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
