1st Line Support / 2nd Line Support / Support Engineer
Salary: £20-24k per annum dependant on experience
iO's Bristol based award winning client are looking for multiple IT Service Desk Analyst's with experience of both 1st and 2nd line support.
The suitable candidate will have proven experience of -
-Working within a busy IT Service Desk
-1st/ 2nd line support
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience working within an ITIL environment
-Have experience of working with a wide variety of technologies including Document Management Systems, Digital Dictation Systems etc
-Windows 7, 8 and 10
-Mobile Support including Blackberry
-Document management systems
