My client has essentially monopolised the London Insurance Market, and holds an extremely impressive and ever-growing list of clients. They are looking to bring on a talented and technologically proficient Service Delivery Manager or an experienced Application Support Analyst ready to step up into a team leadership position.
·Be the escalation point of contact for major clients on issues which impact service operation
·Build and maintain relationships with external Support teams and end users
·Monitor and support service delivery, ensuring procedure are effectively and appropriately followed
·Help ensure Product, Support and Delivery teams work together to accurately represent Client interests
·Liaise with Project Managers to ensure that policies and procedures are in place to facilitate smooth transitions to live operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Vendor/Consulting/Insurance sector experience (necessary for this position)
·Excellent customer-facing skills
·Team management skills
·Experience in program/project management
·Knowledge of Zendesk would be desirable for this position but is not a necessity
·Ability to work effectively as part of a team
