iO' s Hampshire based client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join an award-winning client.
Your Responsibility's will be:
* Responding to 1st time fix calls when called upon to customer satisfaction
* To Log, prioritise and categorise all the 1st line calls according to agreed SLA
* Responding to requests made via a variety of channels (web, voice, email)
* Adhere to customer service standards by answering all calls promptly remaining professional at all times
* Ensuring SLA'S and KPI'S are met
Your Experience:
* Experience of working within a 1st Line Support role in a IT Service Desk Environment
* Working knowledge of Windows Desktop environments (XP/WIN7/WIN10)
* Experience and understanding of MS Office Products, including O365 Administration
* Have the ability to work as a member of a team and ability to follow procedures
