Role: Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support
Location: Chippenham, Bristol, Swindon
Salary: £20,000 - 25,000 + Excellent Benefits

This role will give you the opportunity to work at an exciting company taking on a 1st line role to make a real influence at the foundations of the IT department. It is the perfect environment to hone your skills and develop.
-Working within a busy IT Service Desk
-1st line support
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience working within an ITIL environment
-Have experience of working with a wide variety of technologies including Document Management Systems, Digital Dictation Systems etc
·Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this role
·First Line support experience
·Prior Experience using a ticketing system
·Experience working within a busy IT Service Desk
-Windows 7, 8 and 10
-Document management systems
