Role: Service Desk Analyst
iO Associates are working with a leading software development company looking for a Software Support Analyst (Finance)
Your role will be based on the Service Desk and your main responsibility will be answering calls from customers regarding all software products that the finance team supports and where possible resolving the relevant issues and queries at first point of contact, in addition to this you will also be required to work on incidents taken from the finance Team, queue and escalate issues to 2nd line processes.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has come from school and has hands on experience with FMS / Finance software.
* Good problem solving skills and to analyse customer issues
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Hands on knowledge of FMS / Finance Software
* Conscientious and self-motivated
* Previous accounting knowledge or experience would be advantageous but not essential
* Excellent at time keeping and a desire to pro-actively learn the software supported by the finance Team
