Role: Service Desk Analyst
Salary: £25,000 + Excellent Benefits
IO are excited to be working closely with a fantastic energy firm that is growing exponentially and looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
This role will give you the opportunity to work at an exciting company taking on a 1st line role to make a real influence at the foundations of the IT department. It is the perfect environment to hone your skills and develop within an organisation.
·You will be joining the IT team to support the change and digital IT requirements of the company to ensure reliable day to day operations
·Your primary role will be in resolving Service Desk tickets
·You will also be expected to begin developing a track into 2nd and 3rd line support roles
·You will also be taking an active role in contributing towards the improvement of the service desk documentation
·Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this role
·First Line support experience is desirable
·Prior Experience using a ticketing system
