iO Associates have just registered a new opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst. As the Service Desk Analyst you will log, categorise and prioritise all 1st level calls according to the agreed SLA's.
* Experience providing 1st line support within an IT Service Desk environment
* Basic knowledge of Windows Desktop environments
* Basic Network knowledge
* Good understanding of MS Office Products
* Good understanding of different technologies
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory User Administration
* Basic knowledge of ITIL principles
