A client in Bristol is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a Technical mindset who has previous Service Desk experience to start their career in contracting!
* Previous Service Desk experience.
* ITIL Certified / Experience of ITIL Framework essential.
* Experience with Cisco Meraki.
* Technical knowledge of Service Desk methodology.
* Understanding of Priority queues, escalations etc.
* Excellent customer skills.
