Service Desk Analyst required by our client, a London market insurer, to join on a permanent basis. You will be provided 2nd through to 3rd line support for the companies offices in the UK. Experience with Windows 7, Active Directory, O2010+ and any additional exposure to business applications including GENIUS, Subscribe would be advantageous.
Out client have gone through a number of acquisitions in recent years and are in the process of integrating. They are currently growing their service desk and applications support teams and this is a great opportunity to join with excellent career progression opportunities for the right person.
* Proven track record working as a Service Desk Analyst
* Experience providing 2nd / 3rd line support
* Windows 7
* Active Directory
* Office 2010+
* London market insurance experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Any additional experience around insurance business applications and support, i.e. GENIUS / Subscribe is advantageous but not required
