Role: Service Desk Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
iO Associates are looking for Service Desk Manager to manage a small team of desktop/network support technicians and support staff, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on service delivery and accountable for ensuring all tasks are completed on time, in line with SLA'S and company policies and procedures.
Experience and Skills:
* Have three years' management experience within an ITIL service desk environment
* Strong all-round IT skills including Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills and be a strong communicator
* Ability to work to a high standard with great attention to detail
* Be an effective leader and actively encourage your team
