What will the position entail?
·You will be hands-on technically providing 1st/2nd and some 3rd line support
·Leading and coaching the service desk team to provide excellent customer service
·Collaborate with various teams in the business to improve service delivery
·Provide a high level of technical support
·Proven 2nd and 3rd line support experience
·Excellent communication skills
·Software and Hardware support
·Experience with Active Directory, Windows and Microsoft
