IT Service Desk and Global Security Team Leader
iO are assisting a leading client in their search for a IT Service Desk and Global Security Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Team Leader looking to progress their career.
This is a key role within the IT department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing management support to the IT Customer Service Manager and will supervise the Service Desk ensuring all agreed OLAs are met.
The successful candidate must have a detailed knowledge of the following technologies:
·MS Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
·LAN and WAN services
·Telephony Services (e.g. PABX, ACD and Dialler technologies)
·MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
·Broad knowledge of ITIL support process
The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills, leadership skills, be self-motivated, independent and resourceful. You will be managing upto 7 staff -
They must have the ability to work independently across multiple groups in a rapidly changing environment and under tight time constraints.
It is desirable however not essential to have strong supplier management skills, and maintain a broad level of business, technical and market awareness.
