Service Desk Technician - Healthcare - Chelmsford/Melbourn - £23,700
Service Desk Technician to provide 2nd line IT support to the user population of this essential, emergency NHS service.
This role can be located in either Chelmsford or Melbourn.
You will be responsible for the stock control and distribution of IT equipment such as laptops and mobile phones and maintaining documented records for these items.
You will also provide, deliver and/or facilitate ad-hoc IT training to the user and assist with other associated functions such as Asset Management, IT security, Network Administration (Including Network Domain) and IT procurement. This role will suit someone with 1-5 years' experience of IT support. Previous NHS, public sector or not-for-profit experience is highly desirable.
