Role: Social Media Customer Insight Manager / Insight Manager
Location: Central London
iO Associates are currently working with an analytics consultancy based in central London.
They're looking to bring on board a Social Media Customer Insight Manager / Insight Manager to work with a number of blue-chip clients to deliver analysis.
The daily responsibilities for the successful candidate will include -
·Leading training with clients so they understand how to use social media in relation to their business, and how they can use the company's tools to give them insight
·Managing client's social media queries and searches
·Produce data insight presentations (both on short term and long term projects)
·Be an expert on the company's bespoke technology and be able to commute your knowledge to clients
·Liaise with product team
The Insight Manager will have the following skills -
·Experience in client facing roles (ideally with blue-chip companies)
·Passionate about social media and insight analytics
·Advanced knowledge of social media platforms
·*ESSENTIAL* Experience with social media analysis and reporting
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
·If you're able to speak fluent French this would be a massive advantage.
