Role: Technical Account Manager/Support Writer
Length: 6 Months
Are you a technically capable account manager with experience working within a fast paced digital environment?
This is an opportunity to work for a leading team in the games industry helping to provide technical support and liaison between on site developers and clients. This role will see you acting in a blended role of technical account manager and support, spending equal time both supporting the in house team as well as ensuring customers receive the information they need.
This is ideal for someone from an account management background perhaps within a technical company or used to providing and writing in depth documentation. If you enjoy taking your technical knowledge and using it to upsell and manage key customer accounts this could be the ideal role.
