Are you an experienced Technical/Application Support Analyst looking to make your next career move?
iO Associates is proud to be working with a speciality Lloyds Syndicate in their search for a Technical Analyst to join their team based in Central London.
This role will involve taking ownership for patching programmes alongside project work and technical issue resolution, and is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Technical Analyst to progress within a supportive and varied work environment.
·Review BAU IT requests and liaise with the Service Desk
·Assess requirements for technical deliverables in accordance with current strategic solutions and conduct research into other strategic options when appropriate
·Assist users and developers with the resolution of application performance issues - liaising with internal and external stakeholder when necessary
·Take ownership for BAU Patching Programmes
The ideal candidate will be:
·Background in 1st and/or 2nd line support
·Excellent knowledge of IT systems, databases and infrastructure
·Experience with MS Azure/ Office 365 would be highly desirable but is not a necessity
·Insurance experience would also be beneficial for this role
·Project Management exposure
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role is not primarily a hands-on technical position, but will require strong technical understanding.
