Technical Business Analyst required by my client, a leading insurance broker, to support their integration team and support the delivery of key integration initiatives including the implementation of online products, content management systems and business information. We have two positions open at varying levels of seniority.
You will need to have experience in a role supporting similar initiatives within insurance.
* Business requirements gathering
* Defining business requirements using BABOK methodologies
* Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components and the system architecture to ensure they meet business requirements
* Create functional requirements in use cases
* Business process re-engineering
* Knowledge of the BABOK guide (eg UML, BPMN) essential
* Knowledge of Scrum and / or XP, Lean and Kanban software development desirable
* Experience working in the insurance market required (Lloyd's market preferred)
* Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role required
* Knowledge of Visio / MS Project or similar project software required
