This is an exciting opportunity to get involved within a fast-growing company and work closely alongside engineers, business analysts and C-level employees to develop your skills and the productivity of the business.

·Investigate, analyse and resolve issues and stakeholder requests
·Develop efficient technical support processes for world-leading clients
·Provide client support for products
·Experience in a software/system support role (start-up/agency environment preferred but not essential)
·Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
·Knowledge of software architectural and development processes
·Experience with system development or business analysis
·Background in the insurance/insurtech industry would be beneficial but not essential.
