iO Associates are thrilled to announce our new RPO Partnership with FibreCoat!

Since 2021, we have been working closely with FibreCoat, a successful start-up in Aachen. We have supported the founders and their team by filling a wide range of positions in Germany and abroad.

With the success of FibreCoat, the next step in our collaboration was only a matter of time, and we finalised the agreement on an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) last month.

Working as an extension of your team, iO’s bespoke RPO solution (which also incorporates our MSP solution) can support part, or all of your organisation’s permanent or interim/contract hiring and much more. iO Associates’ RPO will allow you to control spend via a fully managed, standardised, recruitment process across your organisation.

About FibreCoat

FibreCoat was founded by Robert Brüll, Richard Haas, and Alexander Lüking. They are a materials science company operating in the industrial textiles domain, their flagship product being AluCoat: aluminium coated glass or basalt fibres, and they are consistently bringing new and innovative products to the market. Their industry applications are broad; FibreCoat supply into defence, automotive, building materials, and various other industries.
