In 2023, iO Associates embarked on a journey with Pinewood, offering support in their recruitment journey across Software Engineering. Fast forward to 2024, and we are thrilled to announce the evolution of this partnership into a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership!

Working as an extension of Pinewood's team, iO’s bespoke RPO solution will support all permanent and contract hiring and much more. iO Associates’ RPO will allow Pinewood to control spend via a fully managed, standardised, recruitment process across throughout the company.
