This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage financial operations & accounting processes
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Support strategic decision-making with key financial insights
Manage audits, financial analysis & process improvements
Secure and oversee public funding for innovative projects

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial controlling or accounting
Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with financial software & tools
Fluent in German & conversational English
Familiarity with securing public funding is a plus
