As an Associate Director in Mechanical Engineering, you'll play an essential role in delivering innovative engineering solutions on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure. You'll have opportunities to contribute to complex projects both in the UK and internationally, whilst providing industry-leading mechanical engineering solutions throughout the full project life-cycle.

What you'll bring:

Professional Credentials: Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineer.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead design delivery, including multidisciplinary teams.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment (e.g., pumps, blowers, screens, chemical dosing systems) within the water industry.
Industry Standards: Comprehensive understanding of UK design standards and practices.
Project Management Skills: Experience managing time, budgets, and project milestones effectively.
Quality Assurance: Expertise in setting and maintaining design quality standards.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with UK and international teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Development Focus: Capability to grow and enhance mechanical engineering expertise within the team.
