They are seeking an experienced, committed, and commercially aware professional to join their Executive Team. The successful candidate will:
- Lead with Values: Invest in each individual to help them fulfil their potential.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Contribute to key strategic decisions to ensure positive and sustainable growth.
- Collaborative Management: Use a coaching and collaborative style to meet individual, team, and company targets.
- Client Relationships: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Environmental Performance: Support clients in significantly enhancing the environmental performance of their developments, ensuring sustainability is at the core of every project.
- Pipeline Development: Contribute to developing a robust project pipeline focused on sustainable initiatives.
- Marketing Input: Provide input into marketing and advertising efforts, highlighting our sustainability achievements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Scheduling and Resourcing Team and other Team Leaders to promote sustainable practices.
Skills and experience
- Industry Experience: in the construction industry (e.g., surveying, sustainability consultancy, architecture, planning, construction, M&E).
- Client-Facing Role: Experience of dealing with clients and maintaining Strong long lasting relationships.
- Education: A Bachelor's/Honours level degree and Chartered Engineer.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Personal Traits: Initiative, attention to detail, drive, strong communication skills, and a sense of humour
