Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a highly skilled base maintenance team in partnership with the aircraft supervisor.
  • Serve as certifying staff, releasing aircraft into service and conducting double inspections.
  • Execute and oversee troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and implementation activities as per Maintenance Organization Exposition procedures.
  • Assist with procuring essential tools and ground support equipment.
  • Manage both planned and unplanned maintenance requirements.
  • Communicate aircraft system status during maintenance to relevant departments.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory standards and are properly documented.
  • Actively promote and adhere to the Safety and Quality Policy.


Required Expertise and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in base maintenance.
  • Holder of EASA Part-66 Cat B1/C license with at least one of the following type ratings: Gulfstream IV / 450 / V / 550 / 650, along with experience as certifying staff.
  • Leadership experience is a strong advantage.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in various environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and proactive.
  • Committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Fluent in English.
