🏠 Building Surveyor (HHSRS Qualified)
📍 Location: London. Hybrid (Primarily site-based, with 1 day/week from home)
⏳ Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Do:

Conduct HHSRS assessments, condition surveys, and energy efficiency evaluations (EPC).
Diagnose building fabric defects and recommend maintenance solutions.
Collaborate with teams on complex repairs and major works.
Ensure accurate asset data management and compliance with Decent Homes standards.
Provide expert surveying advice across the RIBA plan of works (0-7).

What We're Looking For:

Degree in a construction-related subject or equivalent experience.
Accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification with proven inspection experience.
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and asset performance data.
Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
