On behalf of my client, I am looking for an experienced Service Bulletin Solutions Engineer to work with their well-esablished team.

Offered on a remote working basis (with occasional site visits - approx every 2-4 weeks), this is an exciting and long terms opportunity for the successul candidate.

Typically, your day-to-day tasks will include:

Working closely with the relevant design office to have service bulletin source data mature and available to secure the dispatch target date
Perform Service Bulletin (SB) preparation as described in project scope documentation
Support the SB Team Lead and Lead Technical Author and the SB details
Flag risks regarding the proposed SB technical solutions
Trigger SB Authoring
Ensure the completion of data in the work-flow tool in order to keep SB planning up to date.
Find solutions to avoid unnecessary delays in the dispatch of service bulletins
Liaise with the design office on required changes
Immediately alert the SB Production Lead in instances where no mitigation can be found to prevent a delay

This is offered as a long term project that is likely to last until the end of 2025.
