Responsibilities:

Plan and execute challenging infrastructure projects, collaborating with internal customers, future users, and interdisciplinary teams.
Lead and manage external planning teams and construction companies to deliver projects effectively.
Take on project management and coordination tasks within the construction department.
Ensure achievement of project goals in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and safety.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Educational Background: Completed studies in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in planning and realizing infrastructure projects, with strong expertise in project and construction management.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.
Language Skills: Fluency in German is essential for effective collaboration.
