A international professional services firm that specialises in programme management, project management, cost management, and consulting for the property, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors is seeking a cost manager from iO Associates. To support the company's entry into the natural resources industry, this position is within the Infrastructure team.

The person must be self-driven, client-facing, and have the ability to work with others to manage a design team within budget while adhering to the established processes and procedures. You will have expertise directing commissions, managing client relationships, and providing clients with excellence. You will have worked in a consulting setting.

Being able to work cooperatively but firmly with any major contractor would also be advantageous, as would having solid knowledge of the NEC form of contract.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within highways, rail, power and / or utilities
• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Knowledge of NEC 3 / 4
