What You'll Do:

Champion Customer Delight: As our CS Lead, you'll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Be the voice of our customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met across all touchpoints.
Handle the Front Lines: Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage customer inquiries. Whether it's resolving issues, addressing complaints, or assisting with onboarding, you'll be the go-to person.
Coordinate Site Visits: Work closely with third-party representatives to schedule site visits. You'll be the bridge between our customers and the field experts.
Craft Customer-Focused Content: From FAQs to explainers, you'll create engaging materials that resonate with our audience.
Unlock Your Potential: As you gain experience, take the reins of branding and marketing for our energy communities.

What We're Looking For:

Customer-Centric Superstar: You've aced customer service in a B2C environment. Handling queries and turning complaints into smiles? Second nature!
Energy Enthusiast: Experience in the energy/utilities sector is essential for this role.
Flexible and Hybrid: Embrace the blend of office and remote work. Plus, two Saturdays a month (9 am - 1 pm) to keep things interesting.
