iO has partnered with a well-established FMCG Manufacturer in the search for four Demand Planner to join the team based in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have the chance to work at the company's UK flagship site.
As a Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in optimising inventory, forecasting demand, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and supply chain teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing business, contributing to both customer satisfaction and operational success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Forecasting & Demand Planning - Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and other key factors to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Inventory Optimisation - Ensure the right level of raw materials is available for production while minimising excess stock.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, production, and procurement teams in the UK and Denmark to align demand and supply.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Interpret key data trends, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Logistics & Product Delivery - Ensure timely and full customer order deliveries, with a focus on direct-to-customer UK flow.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in demand planning (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills (preferred).
