Design Quality Engineer (DQE)

Are you passionate about quality and innovation? We are looking for a Design Quality Engineer (DQE) to join our dynamic team in Belgium. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest quality standards for our cutting-edge products throughout their development lifecycle.

Your Role:

Drive Design for Quality (DfQ) principles throughout the product development process.
Act as the voice of quality, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Support risk management activities, including DFMEA and PFMEA reviews.
Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to implement quality improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Define and monitor key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).
5+ years of experience in design quality, product development, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant quality standards.
Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and problem-solving methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch/French is a plus).
