Your Contribution: Creating Value Together

As a Development Engineer specializing in Validation & Verification for Vehicle Air Conditioning, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of these vital systems. You will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive Testing: Conducting and evaluating rigorous tests on vehicles and test benches to validate the integration and functionality of air conditioning systems within a highly networked automotive environment.
• Test Environment Innovation: Developing and continuously improving our state-of-the-art test environments and simulations.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Working closely with interface partners to analyze errors, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Experimental Support: Assisting non-specialist departments in the preparation and execution of tests and experiments.
• Test Execution Management: Overseeing test execution at subsystem locations, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) systems, and in test vehicles, ensuring thorough documentation of results.
• E/E Commissioning: Taking responsibility for the electrical and electronic (E/E) commissioning of functions and control units in development vehicles, including flashing and coding.

Your Skills at a Glance:

✔️ You have successfully completed a technical degree (University/Technical College) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering with a technical focus, or a comparable qualification. ✔️ Ideally, you have gained practical experience within the automotive industry. ✔️ You possess a strong understanding of communication technologies (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) in networked vehicles. ✔️ You are highly results-oriented, work independently and proactively. ✔️ You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure. ✔️ Your German is fluent, and you have good English skills. ✔️ You hold a valid Class B driving license; additional licenses for vehicle testing (B1, B2, E1) are a plus.
