One of my clients based in Barcelona is looking for an ambitious DEVICE LIFECYCLE MANAGER to work across delivery and managed service.

This is a CONTRACT role, where you will have the opportunity to lead and manage all service improvement initiatives, ensuring that high-severity incidents are resolved smoothly and efficiently.

Skills Required/Must Have:

Fully manage the lifecycle of assigned IT services, including end-user hardware portfolio from demand to disposal.
Strong understanding of service architecture and can influence its design.
Monitor and manage service costs to aid in budget planning and execution.
Develop and maintain a service roadmap.
