About the Role:

iO associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. You will lead a talented team, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of robust, high-performance solutions. Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular or React is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a development team.
Design and develop applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.
Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely, quality delivery.
Oversee database design and API integration with Angular/React.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server.
Team leadership in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiar with Angular/React, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Solid understanding of architecture patterns and performance optimization.
