What you'll do:

Build strong relationships with customers and resolve their technical issues.
Leverage your Cisco expertise to troubleshoot complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to Cisco products and services.
Document your work and share your knowledge with the team.

What you'll need:

DV Clearance
CCNA/CCNP certification
Strong understanding of Cisco technologies (Security, Unified Collaboration, Data Center)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
