EC&I Commissiong Manager

12-Month Initial Contract

We are working with a global leader in the defence sector who are looking for EC&I Commissioning Manager to join them on an initial 12-Month contract.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee commissioning of EC&I systems, including BMS, HVAC, and process plant equipment (Siemens S7 PLC).
- Manage and approve commissioning documentation for BMS, electrical, and software systems, and resolve issues through the commissioning reservation process.
- Ensure safe testing and commissioning procedures, witness FAT, SAT, and manage test failure resolution across work packages.
- Plan, coordinate, and integrate commissioning tests with suppliers, while managing changes to schedules, resources, and forecasts.
- Support the overall project commissioning strategy, chair reviews, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- EC&I commissioning experience with BMS systems, vent plants or similar and managing teams in technical sectors.
- Highly regulated industry experience e.g. nuclear.
- Technical leadership experience, with an understanding of mechanical, civil, and process systems.
