Environmental Health & Safety Manager - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in regional best practice sharing with EHS leaders across multiple sites.
Promote and ensure adherence to ISO 45001/18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Lead and support EHS initiatives and programs across a regulated manufacturing environment.
Participate in cross-functional projects, offering EHS guidance and oversight.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, from shop floor to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in an EHS management role within a manufacturing setting.
Strong familiarity with regulated industries such as chemicals, radiation, or clean manufacturing environments.
Practical knowledge of COMAH regulations.
NEBOSH certification and membership in a recognised professional body.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
