Key Responsibilities:

• Head up and mentor a team of engineers.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Agile teams.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Manage technical debt and foster continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven engineering leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices.
• PHP, Laravel, and frontend technologies.
• AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and microservices.
