Position: Fresh Service Administrator/Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Configure workflows and automate processes within the Freshservice ITSM platform.
Maintain and enhance integrations to ensure seamless system functionality.
Implement customizations to optimize platform performance and user experience.
Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Requirement

Minimum 1 year of experience in Freshservice, managing ITSM processes and ticket handling.
Configure workflows, automate processes, and integrate Freshservice APIs for efficiency.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance self-service support.
Generate reports, analyze ITSM performance, and communicate effectively with clients.
