Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier H&S consultancy services, ensuring that all projects meet profitability and client satisfaction targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and contributing to successful tender submissions.
Lead construction H&S initiatives, including CDM roles, site H&S advising, and conducting comprehensive H&S audits.
Work closely with colleagues across the business, ensuring consistency, quality, and the success of shared projects.
Represent our firm with professionalism, ensuring that client interactions are handled with the utmost care and expertise.

Qualifications:

Essential: Proven experience as a CDM Principal Designer, strong communication and organizational skills, commercial acumen, and membership in the Association of Project Safety (working towards or holding GradIOSH).

Desired: CMaPS or FMaPS certification, CMIOSH qualification, and a full UK driving license.
