Your Role:
As the Head of Hardware Development, you will drive the development of state-of-the-art, miniaturized diagnostic devices while leading a team of skilled engineers. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the highest quality, efficiency, and compliance in our medical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop next-generation diagnostic devices for medical applications.
Oversee the entire product development process, from specification to production launch.
Design high-precision analog and digital circuits and develop advanced sensor technology.
Coordinate suppliers and development partners for seamless product integration.
Ensure regulatory-compliant documentation to meet industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team in a culture of motivation and responsibility.
What You Bring:
Degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Information Technology.
Proven experience in medical device development with regulatory compliance.
Expertise in miniaturized, energy-efficient circuit design (digital & analog).
Several years of project or team management experience.
Ideally, knowledge in telemetry and EMC-compliant device design.
Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
