Job Title - Head/Director of Infrastructure

Pay Range - Up to 95 LPA
Location - Tricity/NCR

Responsibilities:

Oversee all technology operations, including network security, and assess their alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and implement IT policies and systems that support the strategic goals set by senior leadership.
Analyze business needs across departments to identify and address technology requirements.
Procure efficient, cost-effective hardware, software, and other technological resources.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as an IT Director or in a comparable leadership role.
Expertise in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems and their technical specifications.
In-depth knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructures.
Experience managing and controlling IT budgets.
Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
