iO Associates are recruiting on behalf of our HealthTech client, a leading provider of advanced laboratory services and products with international operations. They are seeking a talented Senior Integrations Specialist to support their healthcare integration projects and contribute to their cutting-edge technology solutions.

The Role
As a Senior Integrations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining seamless integrations for healthcare systems. This includes working with LIMS-to-LIMS integrations using HL7 and FHIR protocols and managing digital image conversion and ingestion into a PACS system. The role involves hybrid working, primarily based in Nottingham, alongside the integration and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of new integration and conversion projects aligned with long-term strategic goals.
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery for clients.
Act as the go-to expert for HL7/FHIR integrations and pathology imaging processes.
Maintain and update integration documentation to ensure security and accuracy.
Mentor team members, sharing your expertise to develop their skills.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong proficiency with HL7 and FHIR integration protocols.
Experience in developing custom HL7/FHIR interfaces.
Familiarity with handling multiple pathology image types.
Expertise in Python, C#, Docker, and AWS infrastructure.
Knowledge of histopathology workflows and associated regulatory requirements.
Experience with DCB0129 and DCB0160 standards is advantageous.
