Job Title: IT Administrator II

Location: Mohali (On-Site)

iO associates is seeking for an IT Administrator II, for one of our clients to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and shape our expansion strategies for a cutting-edge financial services firm.

You will manage and administer Linux and Windows environments, ensuring system stability, security, and performance. The role includes managing network devices like switches, firewalls, and virtualization strategies, along with expertise in networking hardware.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Linux, a good understanding of Windows, and knowledge of networking components.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM is essential.
Proficiency in basic scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is required.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configuration is a must.
Ability to work with various Linux and Windows protocols, including SMB, ISCSI, NFS, CIFS, FTP, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP.
Expertise in managing storage solutions, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of file systems, CEPH, NAS, SAN, and backup storage.
