Kafka Solution Architect

We're seeking a highly motivated Technical Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and spearhead a pivotal migration project. In this role, you'll be the technical mastermind, designing and implementing a seamless transition from Avaloq to the new CAPI integration standard.

About the Role:

As a Technical Solution Architect, you'll be the architect of a robust and scalable Kafka-based integration solution, playing a pivotal role in our client's migration from Avaloq to CAPI. You'll leverage your expertise to:

• Craft a Kafka Masterpiece: Design and implement a high-performance, reliable Kafka integration solution tailored to our client's specific needs.
• Kafka Whisperer: Configure and optimize Kafka clusters for optimal performance, ensuring seamless data flow between Avaloq and CAPI.
• Bridge the Gap: Develop and maintain Kafka connectors to bridge the gap between Avaloq and CAPI, ensuring smooth data exchange.
• Future-Proof the Architecture: Design a scalable and future-proof Kafka architecture that can evolve alongside our client's business needs.
• Collaboration is Key: Work hand-in-hand with developers, operational teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration and optimal user experience.

We're Looking for a Tech Wizard Who:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Boasts a minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise integration solutions.
• Possesses in-depth expertise in Apache Kafka (v2.x+) including configuration, optimization, and best practices.
• Has experience with Kafka connectors and developing custom connectors if required.
• Is familiar with API design principles and best practices (RESTful APIs, OpenAPI).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex challenges.
• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus points for experience with Avaloq and CAPI integrations!
